Jackie Thomas,
GRI, SREC®, Broker A life-long resident of the Mason County, Kentucky, area, Jackie currently owns a home in Maysville. She received both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Morehead State University, and has taken additional classes at Cincinnati's Xavier University, and at the University of Kentucky. After 33 years as an award winning teacher, Jackie retired and began a new career in real estate, receiving her Kentucky real estate sales license in 1992. She obtained her Kentucky broker's license in 1996, and formed Jackie's Gateway Properties. In 1998, she completed her studies under the Graduate REALTORS'® Institute (GRI). In 2001, she earned her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), one who provides specialized real estate advice to seniors. In 2005, she obtained her Ohio broker's license. A true-blue University of Kentucky Wildcat fan, Jackie also enjoys reading, attending Broadway Series plays, and spoiling her cat Trouble.

Lloyd
Schiltz, Sales Associate A life-long resident of the Mason County, Kentucky, area, and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Lloyd currently lives in the small community of Minerva, on the county's western border. He was employed by a local bank for 16 years, approximately half of that time as a trust officer. In 1996, he left the banking industry, and received his Kentucky real estate sales license in 1997. Lloyd is also Executive Director of Hayswood Foundation, Inc., a seven-county philanthropic organization, and is actively involved in preserving historic buildings in and around his home town. He is currently serving his third term as president of the local Board of REALTORS®. |

Originally from Adams County, Ohio, Emily has spent most of her life in Mason County, Kentucky. She has two children, Shannon, a student at the College of Wooster, and Barron, a cadet at the Untied States Military Academy at West Point. Emily is a member of the congregation at St. Patrick Church in Maysville. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, and obtained her real estate sales license in 1994. Her listing and sales experience has been with all types of real estate. However, her involvement in the family business has created a special interest in farms and land.

Shanda
Hamilton, Sales Associate Shanda obtained her sales license from the Kentucky Real Estate Commission in 2006, after completing studies at Maysville Community & Technical College. She is presently working on an Associate Degree at the College. Formerly a native of Lewis County, Shanda has resided in Mason County since 1993. She currently lives in Maysville with her husband, Victor Mark Hamilton, and their son, Victor. Shanda enjoys a variety of activities, especially volunteering in her community and her church. A reliable and enthusiastic individual, she brings a variety of talents with her to the real estate field.
